No, we are not able to send you the tests and certificates. If you are unable to access the CEU section from your computer despite going through the suggestions listed above, you may want to try accessing the CEU section from someone else's computer.

Please note that NCCDP accepts all forms of CEU's and education credits. The NCCDP needs a certificate of your training. For all in-service training, the NCCDP needs a copy of your records or a letter from the in-service director detailing the topics you attended. The NCCDP accepts online CEU's, Webinar, Seminars, Conferences, Magazine Tests with a copy of the certificate you received, NCCDP ceus. We also recommend for free ceus to visit http://surveyortraining.cms.hhs.gov/pubs/satellite.aspx. The NCCDP no longer accepts free ceus tests to be graded via the mail. All CEUs topics submitted must be related to dementia.

Make sure that CAPS LOCK is off. Make sure that you are typing in the username and password exactly as you registered.

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. As an example, if your password is casPeR... be sure to capitalize P and R. If you forgot your password click here.

3) I CAN'T OPEN THE POWER POINT FILES.

If you are using PowerPoint 2003 you need to make sure that Windows is updated. Powerpoint has a lot of bugs and Microsoft has addressed many of these issues in their Service Packs which is available from Internet Explorer by clicking on TOOL, WINDOWS UPDATE and continuing on until your Windows is up to date.

Then open your powerpoint program and click on HELP and then CHECK FOR UPDATES.

If you are using an version of PowerPoint older than 2003 it is possible that you will not be able to open the Powerpoint files.

If you have a AntiVirus program or Firewall installed on your computer it may prevent you from downloading or opening files from the Internet.  If so you may want to disable the AntiVirus or Firewall program temporarily.  If you are at work its possible that your Network administrator has a setting that is preventing you from downloading files from the Internet to help prevent viruses from attacking your computer and network.

4) I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE POWERPOINT FILES BUT I CAN'T SAVE IT.

Once you have downloaded the files to your computer you won't be able to change the powerpoints as the authors of the powerpoint and NCCDP requested this.  As such, once downloaded the SAVE and SAVE AS functions have been disabled.
