The policy of the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners is to not offer our mailing lists for sale. For that reason and to protect the privacy of our participants, we do not post their addresses.

Anyone can attend the Alzheimer's and Dementia Seminar. If you are pursuing certification as a CDP, you must complete the NCCDP Alzheimer's and Dementia Seminar by an approved NCCDP Instructor. Not everyone will qualify for CDP certification. The seminar is but one of the requirements for those pursuing certification as a CDP. Please download the application to determine which track you would follow when pursuing certification as a CDP.

The CDP application must be mailed within 60 days of taking the NCCDP approved Alzheimer's and dementia seminar by an approved NCCDP instructor. If you have a compelling reason why you have not sent in y our application and it is after the 60 day deadline, please contact the NCCDP to discuss at 1 877 729 5191.
